His Story

King Tiger was born in 1974 in Portland, Maine — a city of cold winters and quiet dignity, a fitting start for a cat of his stature. At the age of two, he made the journey west to Las Vegas, Nevada, where the desert sun would become his companion for decades to come.

Today, King Tiger holds the honored distinction of being the oldest living cat on Earth. He spends his retirement years in Beverly Hills, California — a place that suits a king. He has outlasted trends, outlived expectations, and continued to greet each morning with the quiet authority of a creature who has seen everything and remains unimpressed by very little of it.

A Heavy Heart

In August of 2025, King Tiger lost his beloved sister. It is a loss he carries with him still. Those who know him say his spirit has been quieter since — that something behind his eyes has shifted. He is not broken, but he is grieving, in the way that only those who have loved deeply can grieve.
